About the work
For a long time, I have been fascinated by Louis XIV and Baroque/Rococo art. This gets reflected in my Look Development project and some of the work I have done on my portfolio.
I use a range of industry standard software and personally preferred software to create my 3D work. Zbrush and Blender would be what I use the most, however the Look Development could not be complete without Substance Painter and 3D-Coat. I have always prioritised software that I am most comfortable in and know more about.
I had bumped into a few issues while creating the models for my Look Development, however I was enjoying the project and knew I could not just give up. My methods for getting around issues and learning software in general are not great, I prefer trial and error since it seems to stick in the memory more, but at times it has proven effective.
During my time at Confetti, I have been able to improve my skills, but, more importantly, I have been able to grow as a person. I am more confident, independent and I think I may have even gotten a little smarter.
I have spent six years at Confetti and not once did I regret the decision to study there, not once have I met a tutor that wasn’t great at what they do and as people and not once have I not had the support when it was needed.
Confetti has allowed me to have my skills grow and start the life I want to have. It really has been a great experience and I can not thank the Confetti tutors and teachers enough for everything they have done to help us.
