About the work

My catchy driving tune “Heart” portrays a conversation between two long distance friends. I co-mixed and recorded the song alongside a couple of producers, as part of a recording project collaboration for one of my modules and over the term and a half, we were able to conduct our own recording sessions for the song in the studios.

It was a great opportunity to experiment with different recording techniques, such as a vocal recording technique that was mentioned by Sylvia Massy during Industry Week. I’m hoping that the song will be a part of my upcoming EP later on this year.

Student Bio

After completing the BTEC Music Performance course in 2020, I decided to stay on for the degree course here at Confetti because I felt that my time at Confetti could not be short-lived.

Throughout my time on the degree course so far, I’ve been able to make valuable industry connections and I have also been featured multiple times on BBC Introducing in the East Midlands with my recent singles. Earlier in March, I was featured as Dean Jackson’s “Lockdown Stars” alongside producer Kian Tony with our collaboration single “Lost In The City”.
